Staff are Amazing, location to the beach is perfect with a beach bar, more sun beds than guests.

It's really nice hotel with good worthy value specially with two meals offer. The breakfast and dinner are really good and so many varieties of food sweets and ice cream. But unfortunately they don't serve drinks in dinner to force you to buy them but you can be smart and just bring in your water bottle 🍼. Another problem I faced as a Muslim that they don't have water spray (shattaf) next to toilet which is a very critical point for a Muslim because we use water spray to clean ourselves after using toilet 🚽 so I hope admin will take care of it. The location is ok if you have your car otherwise it's a bit far from market and restaurants. Thanks very much for the hotel admin

Friendly staff. It was our wedding anniversary and they decorated the bed. Nice and relaxing. Good views of the sea. Great value for money. Heated indoor pool that goes outside was very welcome as it isn't hot enough in March for an unheated pool. The food had allergy symbols on it, which is great for those with gluten and other intolerances. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The indoor pool was amazing! Half inside half outside and heated (visited in March) so could swim outside. It was too cold to use the main pool but I was more than happy to use the relax pool. The hotel is right on the beach so the location is perfect. Plenty of sun loungers and chairs. The food was standard buffet fare for this kind of place - nothing to complain about. The first room they gave us had a lovely view over the cark park....but the reception staff were very accommodating when we asked if they had a room overlooking the pool instead. From this room you could just about see the sea behind the trees, it was lovely. All staff we interacted with were friendly and I'm sure would do what they can to ensure you had an enjoyable stay. The room was not bad, the bed was comfy and bathroom was fine. My partner was disappointed there were not bidet hoses in the rooms (they did have them in the public bathrooms however). Overall we had a lovely and relaxing couple of nights in Phenicia. I would recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again in the near future.

The resort for the off season is superbly maintained, the Staff are also impeccable with service and extremely friendly and helpful. The Animation team are young and vibrant and tbh all really talented, you know most of them by name before the week is out!!!
